The 14th annual Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion opens today, Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, at the LeConte Center, 2986 Teaster Lane, Pigeon Forge, and runs through Saturday, Aug. 22. Show hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $20, $10 for ages 6–12, and free for 5 and under. The official page says there are no presales.

That is a three-day event at a Pigeon Forge convention hall. It is not a zoning vote, and it is not a cabin-price event. If you own or list on Teaster Lane, the Parkway, or in a Sevier County short-term rental, treat this weekend as traffic and occupancy. Do not bake a Jeep weekend into a list price.

That is commute pressure on those days, not a year-round change to the street. Do not recut your list price because Jeeps are in town. The tape is 12-month closings, not three show days.

Buyers touring this week should calendar around the hall. A Thursday showing on Teaster Lane is a different appointment than one next Wednesday. Write access into the notes. Do not write a concession for an event that ends Saturday.
