Why Kings of Real Estate Gives Back With Every Transaction
We'd rather talk about the seniors who aren't alone anymore, the families who ate this week, and the children who finally have a safe place to sleep.
Most real estate companies talk about sales numbers. Closed deals. Market share.
We'd rather talk about something else.
We'd rather talk about the seniors who aren't alone anymore, the families who ate a hot meal this week, and the children who finally have a safe place to sleep.
Because that's what happens when a real estate business decides to serve something bigger than itself.
Why We Give
At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty — Kings of Real Estate, we made a decision a long time ago: every transaction would mean something beyond the closing table.
We don't give because it's good marketing. We give because we believe in the law of sowing and reaping — that generosity creates abundance, not the other way around.
And we believe that if you're blessed enough to build a successful business, you have a responsibility to use it for good.
Our Big 3 Worthy Causes
We support many organizations, but three causes are at the heart of everything we do:
LIVE-IT — Serving Isolated Seniors
Right here in Sevier County, seniors 60 and older are living alone in unsafe conditions with no one to help. LIVE-IT connects them with community — churches, volunteers, social services — so no one has to suffer in isolation. Their vision: "A world where everyone belongs to a community that loves and cares for them."
Knoxville Dream Center — Food. Faith. Futures.
On Breda Drive in Knoxville, the Dream Center provides meals, spiritual support, and real opportunities to families who have nowhere else to turn. They don't just feed people — they help them find a path forward.
Smoky Mountain Children's Home — Transforming Lives Through Care
For over 100 years, SMCH in Sevierville has provided adoption, foster care, and residential programs for at-risk children and teens. Every child deserves safety, stability, and someone who believes in their future.
How It Works
This isn't a once-a-year charity check. This is built into how we operate.
With every real estate transaction we close, a portion is donated to these worthy causes.
That means every home we sell doesn't just change the life of the buyer or seller — it ripples outward to feed a family, visit an isolated senior, or give a child a safe bed.
We track it. We report it. And we share the impact with you because you're the reason it happens.
This Is Where You Come In
You don't have to write a check to make a difference. You just have to know someone.
Every referral you send to Tracy King and the Kings of Real Estate team directly funds these causes.
When you tell a friend, neighbor, coworker, or family member about us — and they buy or sell a home — a donation goes to LIVE-IT, the Knoxville Dream Center, and Smoky Mountain Children's Home.
Your one referral could mean:
- A senior in Sevier County who gets a visit this month instead of sitting alone
- A family in Knoxville who gets a meal when they didn't know where their next one was coming from
- A child in Sevierville who sleeps in a safe home tonight
That's not an exaggeration. That's what happens when a community decides to give together.
Know someone thinking about buying or selling? Call or text Tracy King at (865) 365-2280 — and know that your referral does more than you'll ever see.
Go Serve Big
This is our mission: Go Serve Big.
Not "go sell big." Not "go close big." Go serve big.
Every Wednesday, we spotlight one of our worthy causes across our blog, email, social media, and video — because the more people who know about these organizations, the more lives get changed.
Follow along. Share the posts. Send us a referral. Or volunteer directly with one of our Big 3.
However you do it — just know that together, we're building something bigger than a real estate company. We're building a community that takes care of its own.
