Inside Our July 2026 Quarterly Town Hall: Wins, Awards, and What's Next
Quarterly results, gold chains for top producers, Kris-isms, and live demos from our service partners - here's what happened at our July 2026 Town Hall.
Once a quarter, we close the laptops, put the phones down, and get everybody in one room. Not for another training session — for a genuine town hall. In July 2026, the Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – Kings of Real Estate team gathered at our East Tennessee office for our quarterly Town Hall: a look back at the quarter we just finished, a look forward at the one ahead, and a whole lot of celebrating the people who made it happen.
Here's what the day looked like.
Starting with the scoreboard
The morning opened with a straightforward agenda and an honest look at the numbers — what we set out to do last quarter, where we landed, and what the next 90 days need to look like. No spin, no fluff. Just the scoreboard, in front of everybody.

That transparency is deliberate. When every agent and every staff member can see the same numbers, "the team's goal" stops being an abstract idea and becomes something you can personally move.
Celebrating the people behind the numbers
The heart of every Town Hall is recognition. Top producers were called to the front, handed the (now infamous) gold chain, and given the mic — because at Kings of Real Estate, the winners are the training. Nobody teaches a room full of agents better than the person who just did it.

Every one of these awards traces back to a family that got moved, a home that got sold, or a buyer who finally got the keys. That's the part worth applauding.
Kris-isms: the mindset half of the business
Real estate is a numbers business run by human beings, and Kris King's segment — affectionately known around the office as "Kris-isms" — closed the day on the side of the business that spreadsheets can't cover: words, mindset, and faith. Her reminder to the room was simple: the strategies matter, but who you become while executing them matters more.

Our partners showed up too
A big part of the Town Hall is sharpening the tools our agents bring to clients. This quarter, two of our trusted service partners presented.
Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair brought a full cutaway demo into the room so agents could see exactly what foundation and crawl space issues look like behind the drywall — and how to talk about them intelligently with a nervous buyer or seller.

The Real Estate Response Team followed with a session on coordinating fast, clean repairs and remediation mid-transaction — the kind of behind-the-scenes work that keeps a closing date from slipping.

This is what "vendor network" actually means in practice. When a home inspection turns up a surprise, our agents already know who to call — and our clients aren't left Googling contractors at 9 p.m.
The part you can't put in a report
Somewhere between the coffee, the awards, and the vendor demos, the real value of a Town Hall shows up: agents from different markets comparing notes, newer agents grabbing five minutes with someone who's been doing this for two decades, staff and sales finally putting faces to the names in the CRM.

What this means if you're buying or selling
You'll never see a Town Hall from the client side, but you feel the result of it. It's why the agent sitting at your kitchen table knows the current market data, has a vetted contractor on speed dial, and is backed by a team of 45,000+ VIP buyers and 760+ five-star reviews.
It's also why we can make a promise most brokerages won't: Your Home Sold Guaranteed or I'll Buy It!*
